We want to spend time with you one on one to learn about you and make sure the relationship is a good fit.
In the last year alone we have helped members lose over 450kg in fat and gain 225kg in muscle while having fun and making friends.
But we know your story may be slightly different so that is why we have the next steps to make sure we can actually help you.
This is a 1:1 in-person meet up with a transformation coach at our Think Fit HQ in Minchinbury.
The primary purpose of your personal No Sweat Intro session is to determine how (or if) we can best help you.
We have been doing this for a while now and know one size does not fit all - that’s why we take the time with you to ask you questions about your goals, complete a health assessment using our Evolt scanner and a injury/performance movement screen.
We understand your not the person next to you so we have a lot of different ways to support you to your personal goals. Together in our session we’ll find the best one for you!
We value the safety and health of everyone in the gym. We don’t want to throw anyone into a gym environment without assessing the readiness or the appropriateness of the class and the movements involved.
We are not JUST a gym we offer a lot more than just an awesome 45-minute session therefore you wont be able to get the full experience - our programs are mindfully crafted to take you through the phases of your health and fitness journey, they do say - good things take time!
Step 3: Enjoy your journey with the classes we recommend to you.
Step 4: Assess how your progress is going and make changes if necessary.
Step 5: Repeat 3 and 4 till we achieve your goals!
